Hiking Incident SFX Research
Hiking Terrain
- Grassy with Rocks and Stone.
The terrain would affect the SFXs and grass stain colour could vary due to the area as well as the size of the rocks and stones would also vary as the hiker got closer to the coast or a river as the erosion caused by the water would make them smaller and maybe more jagged.
Weather
The weather would also affect the SFXs as in the rain the would cause any blog to run further but be more watery as well as any grass stains would be more prominent. Snow could cause the hikers' appendages and lips to be more blue or grey as well as the injuries may be worse due to friction with the snow. Hail could get into any open wound and cause blood to run further, heavier hail could also cause small bruises on the hiker. Sunnier, warmer days would mean the blood from the wounds could dry out quicker, grass stains may be less prominent and the skin could be red from exposure to the heightened amount of UV rays reaching the hiker's skin.
Injuries and Other Effects
A hiking incident could cause a range of different injuries depending on the severity of the incident. These include
- Deep open cuts, of which could contain blades of grass and smaller stones
- Grazes, whether these would bleed or not would depend on the severity of the incident, grass stains would also be around them.
- Bruises, the size and shape could vary, these would also due to the weather ashail could cause small bruises.
- Loss of appendages may also be caused but only by the most severe incidents.
- Grass stains, these would vary due to the weather and location as in the rain they would be more visible maybe even darker
- Patterns from the stones could cause impressions in the hiker's skin.
Ages
The age of the injuries would also be slightly different but only by seconds. Although injuries like bruises take longer to become more apparent as they would start off as a red area and change to purple and blue.
