FMP (Little Shop Of Horrors) Production Meeting 10

 On Thursday 6th May 2021, we held a tenth production meeting. During this meeting we discussed what was needed to be completed today and delegated tasks.

This left myself doing a rough draft of the risk assessment, this couldn't be completed as we haven't seen the working space for the makeup for the production which means there would be risks missed if it was marked off as completed today.

In the risk assessment I added some of the more generic risks that may happen in any makeup room. Some of these include,

-Over Loaded Power Sockets (Fires and Trip Hazard)

-Spillages (Trip Hazard)

-Wires (Trip Hazard)

-Unorganised makeup bay (Cause Spillages)

-Bags (Trip Hazard)

Also today the scheduling was finished as we had found out which members of the team was available and which day they were available for. 

After all the makeup practices the team had done we were able to gauge a good idea at how long each of the makeups would take, this helped us to complete the schedule as we were able to stagger the arrival of the actors in the makeup department. This allowed flexibility on the night as people were able to help with the hair or with doing the more complex aspects of makeup, which could include Audrey 2 but 2 members were already working on this and the fake nose that was going to be applied to Mrs Mushnik (an elderly woman and owner of the florist within the script).
