FMP (Little Shop Of Horrors) Production Meeting 8

 

On Thursday 28th April. We held an 8th production meeting where we delegated the tasks of budgeting, scheduling and the makeup for black eye, how to remove it easily and how it would look under stages lights.

Myself, Paige Goodings and Abigail Seivers were delegated the task of budgeting which can be seen in the pictures above. on this sheet we gathered product info from the face charts that everyone had created.

We were able to add all these to the budget as the majority of the face charts had been completed with a list of products on each.

While we did this 3 other members were focused on the black eye for Audrey, they did this so we could see if the position or size was needed to be changed. They were also able to test it under different lighting and how they would remove it at the quick change. 

While the remaining 4 were tasked with scheduling, which was only the first draft as the some of the team werent sure when they were available as some people may not be able to make both of the showings due to work or other previous engagements.
