Red Carpet Smokey Eye Evaluation

This is a smokey eye red carpet makeup look created using different shades of purple eyeshadow, pinkish nude lipstick, light contour and blush.

I used purple eyeshadow as it would compliment my light blue eyecolour and the bright red unnatural colour of my hair. A smokey eye is usually accompanied with a nude lip, this is why I used a pinkish nude lip.

To evaluate this look I would say less contour should have be used on the noseand the contour on the jawline should be more blended out. The eyeshadow could have been more pigmented with the purple and couuld have been lighter towards the inner corner. Blush could have been a little bit brighter as it doesnt show up in the images. I could have also used less powder as flash back was present.

This makeup would be used at a red carpet event. If blue lighting is used the skin tone would look grey and the eyeshadow would be darker. A white lighting would cause the skin to look pale. An amber lighting would cause the skin to look warmer.
