Image 1 is a laceration of the skin caused by a small kitchen knife. To Evaluate this there could have been less blue and purple used and more red to make it look more natural as well as make it look more recent instead of partly healed.
Image 2 is a scaled down version of a bruise that could have been placed on the neck. This could have been caused by excess pressure on the skin or a broken neck. To evalute this look it could have been placed on the neck to create a more offentic picture for the porfolio. I could have also used different reference photos when creating this look.
Image 2 is a bullet wound created on the arm. To evaluate this look the wax could have been more blended into the skin. More red could have been used to make it look more bruised and like a fresh wound instead of an older wound.

These smaller sfx makeup would be used in filming as they would be too small for a stage audience.
I used wax as these makeups were made on firmer areas of skin where as if other areas were to be used I would have used other formulas for example latex or silicone.
The red lip would not be used if there was blue lighting as it would show up black, it would also cause the skin to look grey. A white lighting would make the skin look more pale whereas amber lighting, which is quite commonly used, would make the talents skintone look warmer.
